  • 1.5 cups Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Combine coconut, sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and combined.
  • Press the coconut mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the coconut layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
