  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 bell pepper Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 12 count Flour tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut chicken into strips. Combine with olive oil, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Spread chicken on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • While chicken bakes, slice onion and bell pepper into strips.
  • Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  • Assemble fajitas: Fill tortillas with chicken, onion, and bell pepper.
