Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Take each pitted Medjool date and roll it in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, ensuring it's coated on all sides.

Wrap one half-slice of bacon around each coated date. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Place the wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down if possible.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the dates are softened and slightly caramelized.

Notes
