Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

  • Take each pitted Medjool date and roll it in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, ensuring it's coated on all sides.
