Instructions
Preparation Steps
Dice the avocado and add to a large bowl.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Add the mozzarella balls to the bowl.
Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of balsamic glaze before serving.
