  • 1 ripe avocado Avocado
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella balls, drained
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Dice the avocado and add to a large bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  • Add the mozzarella balls to the bowl.
  • Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of balsamic glaze before serving.
