  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 egg roll wrappers Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil For frying

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Place a spoonful of the avocado mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold the wrappers to create egg rolls. Seal the edges with water.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the avocado mixture.
