Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, oil, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Top with sliced apples.
Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls. Place in the prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with a glaze or cream cheese frosting.
