Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, oil, and milk; mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store leftover banana bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
